Beginning July 1, 2019, all regular household trash must be bagged in official Town of Harvard trash bags before being disposed of at the transfer station. Items not in designated bags will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.

The following items will require a separate fee for disposal:

Residential Bulky Waste (Large items such as Lawn furniture, Toys, Rugs, Padding, Carpets and Residential Remodeling debris)

Sofas, Mattresses, Box Springs, Toilets

Tires
-
Appliances, Computers Monitors, TVs

Fire Extinguishers

Propane Tanks
You can either use Dump Dollars or Punch Cards to pay for disposal. Please see the fee schedule here. To learn more about Dump Dollars, please click here.
Household Hazardous Waste may be disposed of at the Devens Regional Household Hazardous Products Collection Center
Syringes and Sharps
You may obtain a sharps medical container from Nashoba Associated BOH, please call 978-772-3335 or visit www.nashoba.org, under public health “hot topics”
Prescription Medicines

Deposit 24/7 at Police Department.

No liquids.
-
No sharps.
-
Do not put down the drain.
